Sarah-Christin Freytag

After finishing her studies of Psychology (B.Sc., FU Hagen) in 2012, Sarah Freytag started studying Human Factors at the TU Berlin, where she specialises in brain-computer interfacing (BCI).

She joined Team PhyPA in August 2013, aiming to gain insights into research questions on virtual reality, videogames, and BCI as well as the possibilities of real-world applications of passive BCI solutions. Since then, she has been involved in a variety of projects that allowed her to gain practical experience as well as to focus on own research. In February 2014, she participated in the BBCI Winterschool in Berlin.

In 2013 and 2014, she worked as a student assistant in a DFG project at the Department of Human-Machine Systems, focusing on Integrated Product Service Systems in industrial contexts. Prior to her studies, she worked as a freelancing illustrator and graphic artist.
